New Sails for the Fevas
The Atherton High School team used them for the first time on Friday afternoon at one of their practice sessions for their upcoming National Titles in Brisbane.
Our thanks to former Secretary Annette Wadley for securing the funding, and to Simon Overton for obtaining the new special colours for us.
Racing Rules Challenge - how good are you, really?
A basic rule of sailing is that it is sportsmanlike to take a penalty if you have broken a rule - no yelling, no waiting to see if someone saw you, just do it. But how do you know if you've made a mistake? Learning the rules from a book can be tedious, so click here for an entry-to-expert level online rules game. Enjoy.
